Stogo has again come to the aid of the lactose intolerant. Katy Chan over at Serious Eats notes that the East Village dairy free ice cream shop has created this original flavor by combining spelt's distinctive nutty-flavor with crumbs of red velvet throughout the ice cream. Try it for yourself:
