PDT’s latest chef special: a bacon-wrapped, deep-fried dog topped with melted Gruyère and celery relish and seasoned with truffle mayo.

Jill Santopierto at The Moment reports that Daniel Humm, the chef at Eleven Madison Park, has teamed up with PDT’s Jim Meehan to serve a “haute dog” at the clandestine bar attached to Crif Dogs on St. Mark’s Place.
