Kumon on Smith Street

337 Smith Street used to be home to Environment 337, a home design store. Now there's a new sign up over that space for Kumon learning center. It wasn't actually open when we walked by but it looks just about ready, inside and out. Kumon is a nationwide math and reading center for kids, pre-school to 12th grade, who need or want a little extra help with their studies. Here's a statement on their website regarding this:

A Kumon Program can be tailored for advanced students who need to be challenged and for students who need help catching up. Our ultimate goal is for all students to study above their grade level, so our academic enrichment program gives them ample opportunities to achieve more.
