There have been rumors floating around for quite some time that a Momofuku Milk Bar was coming to Carroll Gardens, although to be perfectly honest this is the first we've heard and all we have to say is "Oh my god....Mmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!". According to Eater NY, one of their readers discovered that they are officially listed in the Department of Health system under the address 360 Smith Street (as seen above in the photo taken from eater.com). No idea yet on when they would be opening but the prospects are making our mouths water.
